one of my favourite locations on Eyre Peninsula in South Australia, Sleaford
Mere. Sleaford Mere is a beautiful salt water lake bordered by sand dunes,
very close to the coast of Sleaford Bay. The colour of this beautiful lake
changes each day, from bright turquoise to stormy green.
This magical mermaid sits curled up, with her arms wrapped around her
beautiful long tail. Her tail reflects the colours of the jasper stone and
magical stars surround her long wavy blonde hair. Her beautiful face looks

This unique Western style cuff bracelet features a beautiful mermaid with a stunning blue tail handpainted on a rustic piece of antique leather from my grandmother's leather working set from the 1970's, which I have handcrafted into an adjustable bracelet with leather lacing, finished with wooden beads.
This original one of a kind piece is very comfortable to wear and the lacing can be adjusted to fit your wrist. Made to fit a smaller wrist, it can be loosened to fit a medium size wrist.

This is a stunning one-of-a-kind piece, painted on genuine leather using professional Angelus Leather Paints which are absorbed down into the leather and won't crack or peel.
I have handcrafted this entire piece from new un-dyed leather by bevelling and burnishing the edges and inserting two sets of nickel-free silver coloured brass press studs, making it adjustable from a size Small to a size Medium, with a length from 20.5cm (8 inches) adjustable to 23.5cm (9.25 inches) and a width of 5cm (2 inches).This leather cuff is soft and supple and very comfortable to wear.
